I ran my 6 miles tonight. For this week I ran last Monday 10 miles and now Saturday 6 miles. In between I did almost daily walks. Verdict? Not good. I was much slower and much in pain. It didn’t help that my diet for this week was horrendous. Too much fat and carbs.
My solution is to quit walking and switch to jogging short distances in between long distances. That way, I’d keep my leg muscles warmed up for long distances throughout the week.

Ok, all my Math courses are done and no more night school from now on. I still have one online subject to take to graduate but that is the last and hopefully it won’t affect my regular blogging.
I have so much in mind when I face my computer screen. So many things to write about. First, as I’ve always emphasized in my past blogs, I try to remain active despite very loaded schedule. Don’t think that because I am quiet here I have turned into a couch potato. Far from it.
